    Being a roots type blower, itll build boost right from the bottom. If its not hitting hard from the bottom, then Im sure Ford has the motor choked up somewhere in the tuning to help driveability and reliability. Disclaimer: I know nothing. :D

    Mine was acting a little like that, but I was lean at idle. Sounds like maybe an idle air control issue. EGR also comes to mind, but I doubt that. Those OHV motors were not the greatest. Let us know how it works out.

    On my way home today I drove by a few police cars and a tow truck. A SN95 was on its way with the front end up in the air for a tow back to town. Battle Ground to Hockinson on 199th and 167th. That intersection is bad for accidents. Only saw the smashed up mustang.

    Since when was a Mustang ever built to compete with a Vette? :shrug: Its a very nice car. Among the greatest Mustangs ever built. If you are subscribed to a Mustang forum and say you would rather cruise in a C6 over the GT500... please, walk away from the keyboard.

    I try explaining this to people when they start to bash the GT500 and say theyre buying a Vette because of the price (different story, Ill leave it for later). Sure, a Vette may be more worthy than the 500 on anything but in a straight line. But if you buy a Vette over a 500, you are missing one...
