    ARe your plugs stock heat range? It is probably the IAC. Pull it and clean it out with some intake cleaner. It can't hurt. The chip may be trying to run your idle a little lower hence the reason why your are noticing the problem more now.

    With the stck H pipe, the SLP is the loudest of any other catback out there. It is loud, but also easy to drive quietly.

    Depends on the use. If you go with 315's they will all be DR's or REALLY expensive street tires. OR, get 285/40/17's. There are some nice options out there in that size. It's what I use.

    Intake - Will It Work?

    It should fit fine as I believe all the TB's are at 80 mm where the pipe joins up. I would caution against using a 75 mm TB unless though you have an after-market intake plenum to go with it. Expect to see a hp loss if you use the 75 mm TB withe stock plenum.

    reading plugs is always a good idea. But for the amount of leaning that a CAI would cause, I don't think you would see it on the plugs.
