    I am geting the same codes 81 and 82 on my new 5.8l efi install. Just started reading up on these. Also getting 84 and 85 codes. The 81 and 82 sound like something to do with the idle air bypass solenoid. My engine surges at idle. Mike

    I just transplanted a 351w from a 94 bronco to 70 mustang. Switched to 93 mustang computer and harness. Engine was also bored and stroker to 408. installed 30 lb injectors. Engine ran on first turn of the key...so thats cool. Do i need to have the computer tuned to account for all the new stuff...

    i am in the process of installing a 94 bronco 351 into a 70 mach 1. Bored and stroked to 408 and went with 5.0 efi stuff. It's not an easy swap unless you know what you are doing....i didnt....but do now. In the end it should be worth it, but there is a lot to do. I am just about ready to fire...

    Try reading this article. I bought the mustang tank with in tank pump and baffle from Tanks, Inc. Fit perfectly in my 70. Doing an efi conversion as well, but have 30 lbs injectors, so i got the higher capacity pump. Nice kit. Mike
