    I would not be measuring your pushrod length with a ruler. Borrow or buy a nice sliding caliper. I seen a 12" caliper at Lowes for $30 and it was a digital too.

    That 6.400 pushrod is looking a little too long. From the pics it looks to be slightly on the exhaust side of the valve stem. Shorten it up maybe .100" and see if you can get it more centered or even a hair on the intake side. Too long a pushrod is much worse than to short a...

    It's no so much the horsepower that will kill it but the rpm. I have seen this block be spun to 9000+ rpm for years of relaible service. I'm only going 7000 rpm max. I might pull the pan and see how everything looks. Thanks....:D

    N/A, it would easily make over 400 rwhp, but i'm throwing some big boost at it and expect 650 rwhp as a minimum. I want 10's with my stock engine in it's current form. I want mid to high 9's with this badboy....:nice: 1.175
