    i have hedman headers, bbk orx and 40 delta flows 3" in/out w/ 3" tips dumped, its loud enough ....if you cut the dump tips wouldnt exhaust just float up into the car or blacken the underside?

    check the pickup under the rotor, thats been the cause of a lot of >3k stumbles...

    its a loop that goes around the drive shaft, so just incase it breaks it will catch the driveshaft and keep it from bouncing around and tearing up your car...

    check your thermactor diverter valves....the two objects with vacuum line going into them, on the rubber hose behind the pump...

    well with the fan clutch the fan will spin loosely and leech less while the engine is cool/cold or your at speed on the freeway without your foot in it...

    i just took some shots of my a/c delete, p/s swap....the hardest part was getting the thermactor plug off of the head, all the new brackets went on pretty much the same way the old ones came off... and yes i know, that fram filter needs to go i have seen the light, i was wondering why my oil...

    you need 94+ front spindles hubs, to get a clean safe install of any newer 5 lug wheel, then you also need to get teh brake hardware....

    you want the head surfaces as clean as possible, but some sealant around the lower intake ports wouldnt hurt....

    Overheating issues, what to check for?

    burp the cooling system, and check your fan clutch....if you can spin the fan by hand and it goes more than half a turn the clutch is bad...especially if the motor is hot, the fan should not really turn at all by hand...

    take off the right front tire.... you should be able to get to the bolts through the "triangle" in the frame.....

    yes those pages contain a wealth of info on 4/5 lug brake info and what you need and what route you should take depending on what type/width/offset wheels you want.... off topic: i 've been reading your brake info for like three days and i am convinced to stay 4-lug and go with 73mm calipers...
