    hmm, my driver door acuator continuously chatters as long as the unlock button is held and its quite annoying when the alarm unlocks the doors, the same actuator holds when the lock button is held, and the pass side holds when lock or unlock is used.... sorry dont mean to threadjack

    keep filling with water/coolant until the system is full and stops burping, you could just have an air pocket.....just happened to me, my temps would coast to 220* then drop right back down to 185*

    did you get the 58cc 165's, if so your compression may have something to do with your starting woes... a device that retards timing at startup wouldnt hurt in this case, and it = less stress when starting the motor..

    its that gooey crap that plugs small holes, like from screws.. it just piles up behind the hole because tis trying to escape with the air but kind of hardens while in the puncture....

    might as well tear both heads of to replace the head gaskets.... first time i did it by myself it took a couple of days....but thats because i wasnt prepared with everything i needed...

    my clutch pedal was super loose (engaging from the floor) since day one of having the car, i bet my clutch is toast now that its operating in a normal range...

    i fixed it by using the supplied cable... still needs adjustment as the clutch slips a bit when i get on it....
