    With the H pipe laying on the floor, use a breaker bar or a hollow pipe and put it over the end of the wrench and that will give you a lot more leverage. You wont break em so just give em hell, and soke them with rust penetrant. they will come off.

    How come sometimes 1st gear doesn't pull at all?

    The same exact thing happened to me, the rpms would go up like normal but the car just wouldnt pull. So i replaced the clutch that week and problem solved. I wouls put my money on the clutch.
