    9" rearend price

at the flywheel I am making 500 HP and 497 ft. lbs of torque. Due to the tranny and other stuff I am lossing about 40 HP by the time it gets to the rear. So I estimate in the end I will have about 450 HP to the rear maybe more after a dyno tune. But even more importantly is that ~4600 ft...

    AFR 185's or Victor Jr.'s??

Afr's are also a better match for 500 - 6500 RPM where as Vic. Jr's are from 1000 - 7000 I believe. Talk about a gas burner. So based on your other parts this should help you better determine what you will want. The key is to match up your parts.

    0-60 MPH Calculator

Thanks for the site. It answers one very small part of my question. But the one thing and most important is that it does not answer based on the rearend gears how much that time is affected.

    0-60 MPH Calculator

The reason I want to know 0-60 is it will help me determine how much faster or slower I will get from 0-60 by changing my gears. I want to determine torque lost and gained as well. See essentially when you change gears you are changing how much torque will be put to the rear. Theoretically...

    0-60 MPH Calculator

This will not work as it is under the assumption that you know what your 1/8 mile is. You can not know your 1/8 mile for every gear i.e. 3.2x, 3.5x, 4.1x, etc.

    0-60 MPH Calculator

Hey guys I need some help. I am looking for a calculator or an equation that will determine based on gear ratio, engine HP (not at wheels), and engine torque (not at wheels) how fast I will get from 0-60. I know there are other factors that will determine it but I just want a general estimate...

    Spare headers or exhaust manifolds?

Hey guys I am in a bit of a bind. I am pretty much finished with my new engine and I have not yet broken in my cam and I do not have a set of old headers to break the cam in with. I would buy a pair of non-ceramic coated headers but it is not worth it if I am just going to send them to jet hot...
