    Draining and refilling the rear is going to be expensive just to locate a sound.... Might want to have someone get in it and move it forward while standing next to it and try to pinpoint it. Or get it back up in the air and turn everything see if you can replicate it then.

    Might check to see if the PCV is breathing ok. I would think that too much positive pressure in the crankcase could push a small amount of oil up past the pistons into the cylinders.

    And like I said in a earlier post, both the "HD" and the "Ford Genuine Parts" stocker, are nothing more than the Federal Mogul/BCA bearing #614014. It even has the Ford part#F7ZZ-7548-AA stamped on it.
