    The rear windows on the '89 vert I bought wouldn't go down. When I pulled the panels I found the passenger side motor not plugged in, and the drivers side missing. Do I have to get a motor specific to a vert or will any other motor from the same period Ford work?

    Tried to buckle the kids in today ('89 vert) and the rear belt wouldn't pull out more than 4-5 inches, no where near enough to make it over the booster seat. They ride with me probable 2-3 times a week and I've never had the problem before. Anyone know how to make it work smoothly again...

    Congratulations! My wife also bought me a 4cyl vert ('89) this year, only took me 8 1/2 years though. :D See the "Valentine" thread in the talk section for pics. Any issues with your top sealing around the windows? I think I need new weather stripping.
