    I've been seriously thinking about a WRX. The STi is a little bit pricey... I just think I might have a problem with driving it in the snow :D Maybe the WRX for summer daily, Jeep for winter daily and mustang for weekends. Bleh.

    Thanks for all the replies guys. Now I'm really on the fence... I read up on the sludge issues (good God there were lots of complaints x_x) and it's got me kinda worried. I'll have to see if they have a complete service history. Also, apparently the passat eats its own suspension components up...

    I'm looking at getting a Passat or Jetta 1.8T as a daily driver and I was wondering if any of you guys have any good info on them. I'm mainly looking for stuff that should be serviced at certain mileages and such. Oh and I'm keeping my mustang, so no flaming for that lol. So any info on VW...

    I agree, it's getting ridiculous. I remember I was irked when they went to $2.00/gal but this is just stupid. Pretty soon it'll be $4 a gallon, wooooo :flag: Oh and it was 3.25 for 87 here.

    Don't think MOB has any times on the Ps, though. He was definitely deep into the 13s w/ stock heads. Times look good, Foxfan, but yeah... I would expect a little more out of your combo.
