which kind of 302 block is the best to build?

The Mexican 302 is superior, but it doesn't matter that much. Hard to find. The newer 5.0 roller cam engine would be an even better choice.

    I need a new hood!

Yeah. It's a real pain if you're trying to do a nice 69.

    I need a new hood!

The repro, and original tool hoods are 1970. Does that matter to you?

    8 inch traction lock rear

That's high unless they also installed it. If you can R&R your own differential, you should be able to get it converted to limited slip with gears of your choice for $600-$800.

67 Mustang rear glass ( Mottling Symtom)

If you mean is there a checkerboard pattern when viewed in sunlight, this is fairly normal, even for original glass. You should see my 66 FB rear glass in the sun, especially if wearing polarized sunglasses.

    Shock Help

The 69 is a little different that the earlier ones, but IIRC the steel strip across the top is removed, the retaining bolts disconnected, and the seat hinged forward.

Need help, problem with pedal bushings.

The Drake kit replaces the white metal eye in the support with a steel eye. Has the steel of the bracket been damaged, too? If so, you'll need the kit with a new pedal shaft.

    Shock Help

You need to remove the rear seat. If you have a fold-down seat, just remove the panel between the seat and trunk door. Look for these oval holes-

Need help, problem with pedal bushings.

Been there, done that. Instead of replacing the pedal support, just use the Drake roller kit. If the shaft is OK, use the plain kit, if the shaft is bad, there is a kit with a new one. With a little effort, you might get lucky and fix this with the support in the car. And I can tell you, the...

Whenever possible, opt for a steel frame. That insures it won't sag or arch over time.

Is this mustang interior still offered anywhere?

I expect it was always special order. I don't see any carbon fiber pattern, but then in a small photo I wouldn't expect to see it. As a special order item, they'll sell you anything you want.

    '67 steering wheel question

Interesting. Up 'till now, every description I've seen of the Bullitt prep was Nardi. Perhaps the remaining car will surface from hiding some day.

    Rust Repair

You'll need to get those portions from a wrecked donor car, but we've seen a lot worse. Anyplace that has used parts, such as Glazier/Nolan, can provide such parts, but you should be able to get what you need closer to home. A good wrecking yard will sell you a quarter panel, not like a new...

The 69 and 70 coupe/convertible trunk lid were identical.

    Cam gear question

Not sure wat you mean by 'flush'. There should be no in/out play with the gear installed. It is absolutely critical that the pin protrude through the eccentric.

mr gasket eliminater 4 speed shifter

At one time Mr Gasket and Hurst were rivals, and Hurst was clearly superior. Later, when things were not going so well, Mr Gasket was able to acquire Hurst. Your problem here is there is no demand. I pulled my Ford shifter for a Hurst years ago, drove that for a long time. Then I got curious...
