    why not go get another t-stat???? prolly made in china and its prolly a POS!@ this aint tooo complex. its a ford v8, taking water is usually not an issue. is the upper hose hot? if not then the t-stat is not opening. (could have swaped the t-stat in the amount of time it took to start...

    i dont think 12's will be a problem. my ranger had 250rwhp and ran 12.9 all day with a/t and slicks. i sprayed 75 shot which dynoed 323rwhp and i ran 11.9-12.0's

    if u put rod and main bearings in it i would put cam bearings in it. will the motor blow if you dont...i doubt it. oil pressure will run a little bit lower. whats it used for? if it aint gota go a million miles then just let it ride...

    yes but...the brass you see on the bottom of the bearing is because the bearing is worn. dont be a cheap ass!!! most shops install cam bearings for $40 and the bearings are $20=$60 to do it the right way! if the motor is coming out and the bottom end is coming apart then put some in it. if...
