    happened to me about 10k miles ago with 26k on the car, stock plugs...ford said it wasnt thier fault even tho the plugs hadnt been changed...i said **** off and heli-coiled it with the head in the car...then blew the shavings out with an air compressor....10k later and its fine, i check it once...

    i'm not sure why people bash mac so much...i have the O/R H, flowpath catback and thier 70mm TB and didnt have ANY issues with fitment or install on any of them and its been almost a year since i got the TB and it has ZERO problems...i dont see why people bash them so much...

    only after the car got to operating temp did i see the highest dyno and track #'s...saw a 5hp difference between when it was cool and fully warmed. the computers are designed to operate at peak efficiency when the car is at full temp, any lower and it will run rich/less hp...

    the SLPs are only $10 cheaper, but if you order through partshopper here and use the discount, plus free ground shipping, they come out to be cheaper...which is why i got the steedas, they were a breeze to install and felt a nice torque gain..dunno about power, but it seemed to help a little...

    my boss and i had heard this theory of no warping of the rotors so we tested it with a mic(measures rotor thickness) we got reading every 1/2" all the way around a warped rotor and came to the undeniable conclusion that the rotor was uniform in thickness all the way around...therefore this only...

    Gear install tools

    air tools make life easier....and you may need a rather large hammer to bang out the stock pinion...need some 12 point wrenches, wd-40 for the ABS sensors if you have them,a 1/4" drive ratchet...and a case of beer.
