    I know you already bought them, but I have some Spintechs with a Magnaflow Catted H, and its still really damn loud cruising around, even with the added sound deadening I put all over the floorboards. Although covering the trunk with all the sound deadener really helped.

    My magnaflow catted H has lousy sealing around the collectors, beware of that. Id put a bead of silicone in there.

    Desktop dyno isnt really a good tool for comparing 2 cams. I look at the software as kindof a toy. Search and ask around, im sure everyone here can recommend an even better cam for your combo.

    Im glad ive pretty much left my car alone for this long. Anything that makes the car less streetable makes for headaches down the road. I still have my eye on a LS1 swap down the road. Great mileage, great street manners, 100 lbs lighter and 100 more hp. Its hard to lose.

    Speed density nerds only please!

    I know a lot of boosted LS1 guys run SD once they max out the air flow that a MAF is capable of reading. Im not familiar with 5.0 SD vs a late model GM SD tune.

    Timing 101

    Well, before you do anything else, go get a 20 dollar timing light and set it to the factory 10* of timing and advance from there. Its rediculously hard to listen to an EFI engine and time it like you can a carbed car. Id say its impossible, but im sure someone here can.

    My car did the exact same thing. Once I replaced the shot struts/shocks everything was 100% better. Dunno what it could be for you... you seemed to have replaced everything that would be affecting bump steer.

    I cant imagine CA drivers in the snow. Half the people here on the road dont have licenses anyways... But its not like having a legal license makes you a better or worse driver. Lol.

    Haha me too. By the time I get to work my motor isnt even out of closed loop.

    I usually get anywhere from 150-200 on ~12 gallons. My gauge likes to tell me the tank is empty when I still have 3 gallons left in it.
