 I really enjoy deflating the ego of cocky people!! On behalf of all fellow Stangers, I consider it my job to do so :D

Good Idea or bad Idea F-150 2v heads

    the 5.0 or newer 4.6

Just to clarify a few things: Fuel mileage for the 5.0 and the 4.6 are about the same. Anyone that says the 5.0 is cheap to mod has obviously never modded one. Performance wise, the 94-95's are pretty much the same as the 96-98's The 4.6 and the 5.0 are both reliable engines, it's just that...

    Stangnet Calendar Idea

The calendar thing sounds like a great idea Tom, count me in! But when I get my calendar and if I happen to notice someone snuck an Audi picture in there, there's going to be trouble

    Anyone else have this problem?

 Nope, my winter beater is a 2.8L 4x4 Blazer so I don't have to worry about that. Heck, if my summer car was a 4 cylinder Mustang II I still wouldn't have anything to be concerned about!!:bang:

    School us on engines...

Here's a good article on the 426 Hemi vs. the Viper V-10, granted it's in a Belvedere but the rated HP is the same. I have more dyno's on the 426 Hemi if anyone want's to see them. http://www.moparmusclemagazine.com/roadtests/37426/

Is this '98 Atlantic Blue or Bright Atlantic Blue?

Must be nice!! That same 98' would go for about double that here in Canada.

    School us on engines...

Being that I own an engine rebuilding company [ we also do "in-house" porting and flow testing] I thought I'd step in and share some insight. LazerRed is indeed correct when he speaks of flow and cylinder heads. As for "Ford being better than Chevy/Chrysler...." having worked on all of them...

    Street bike owners!!

For daily driving on the street I have an 02' ZX12R and for the track I have a 00' Turbo Busa with a 1430cc stroked big bore kit with to many mods to list. I'll try and upload some pics a bit later.

    98 cobra vs 03 gt

A 98' Cobra is tricky to launch so in the 1/4 mile with an average driver in both it would be a pretty close race but really good drivers in both cars the Cobra will win. With your mods and DR's I would suspect that you would beat him.

9,000 miles on 1 oil change

Being that I own an engine rebuilding business I really like when people go that long without changing the oil. The only down side is with all that sludge in the engine I have to have the guys clean the acid tanks more often :D

    Winter project thread 06

I'm thinking I'm going to leave the Stang the way it is now, at least for awhile anyway. It's been pretty hectic around here anyway so I don't think I'm going to have much time to work on the car anyway. Geez it sure doesn't seem all that long ago that I was sitting here last year, chatting to...

    Show me your ET

Time in sig below. I was able to only get to the track once this past summer since the balance & blueprint & cams. I was able to get it to run a little better since then but never had chance to go back and try it again. I was able to get some good times on my G-tech Comp but I only count the...
