    MS Paint Car Masterpiece, enjoy!

This guy is obviously talented, but the way he sketched it out at the start makes me think he's using a tablet. I have one at home and once you get used to it, it is easier than using a mouse, which I think most of us know is pretty hard when it comes to drawing. At least I've always found it to...

    Is it just me?

Well, at least that guy knows the Shelby Cobra emblem has anything to do with Mustangs. Dual exhaust doesn't bother me. Cobra emblems don't bother me if they have some sort of Cobra or performance theme going on or a decent clone. It does seem kind of silly to put Cobra emblems on a V6 but...

    shop manuals

I would e-mail Helm. Not sure, but I don't know if the dealership would sell them to you. I stand to be corrected. I contacted Ford via e-mail a couple years ago and they referred me to Helm. Helm was quite easy to deal with.

    shop manuals

They are the ones for sure. I've ordered my Owner's Manual from Helm. Not quite the same, I know, but it came brand new and is 100% legit. Ford part numbers and print dates, etc. No sign of a Helm brand stamped anywhere.

What all game systems have you owned?

NES SNES GameBoy N64 PlayStation GameCube Playstation 2 Played my buddy's 360 and it's pretty impressive. Also tried another friend's Wii. At first I was skeptical about it, but it's actually a lot of fun. You can play Wii Sports for hours.

Anyone tried these Pypes shorty headers?

That looks a helluva lot like the FRPP ones I have except no brand plate on the pipe. I wonder if it's the same supplier? edit: actually, the flange and the collector look different. Never mind, I'm crazy.

    top gear busted testing v6

Meh, chill out guys. Don't get me wrong, I love Mustangs as much as the next guy, that's why we're all at this forum after all. Compared to some of the other cars they test on that show the Mustang is really not all that and it seems to me the Europeans like to lean towards road racing and not...

5 lug / suspension swap progress

Looks like that's going to be an awesome project. The 98 Cobra wheels look great! You're going to rear disc I assume? All I used to get my drums off were a flat head screw driver and some pliers. Oh, and a socket wrench to get the whole thing off the axle tube of course! Good luck!

    Anyone here own/lease a Fusion?

I don't know anything about the requirements for cop cars, but any chance, the 500 or Fusion become regular squad cars in the future?

    Ford Racing Price Increase?

I'd like to read the fine print on that warranty. I bet it has to be installed by a certified mechanic or a Ford tech...

5 lug / suspension parts finally collected

Gotta love new parts. I have the Bullitt springs in my car as well and the car doesn't seem heavy enough to achieve any significant lowering. Handles better though. What kind of isolators were you going to use with the springs? I used poly but I'd like to know if anyone has used rubber with...

Question: Powder Coat vs Clear Coat

No clear powdercoat eh? I was worried about that, but thought it must be possible. I don't really want to trap heat... Even if the clearcoat was a high temp paint would it still yellow or is it hard to say? Sounds like I'll just have to keep up the polish the good 'ol way...
