    Straight thru, keep the cats, Magnaflow mufflers....thats what i had on my 6 and many commented on it being an 8, untrained ears, but it is close to what your looking for. no need for a midpipe due to even firing order and all that that was mentioned above. and no drone while driving.

    I'm sure you would have to report the usage to the government or something like that.....I know the alcohols I use at my job are reported to some governing body as to how much we use so when the limit jumps up 20 times because some employee is using it for his meth lab operation they(gov't) know...

    well i did it today, i didn't get an 05 but i bought a yellow 04 convo GT, it has the 40th aniver badges but not sure if its a 40th anivers. i will be picking it up monday....although another few years of payments...sheesh. I should be happy...anyways i will post picks when i get it.

    No it won't hurt your tranny or clutch and it is worth it if you like to gun it from the start line/lights. much better traction. if your loosing grip in corners you need to slow down. as far as where to get one, can't help you out there.

    unless your cammed and have heads, no point in going to 6k. but like I said stock is 4750.

    redline on pre-99's is 4750, our peak trq is at ~2800rpms and peak HP is at ~4000rpms, this is all according to factory specs. We can't even reach 5k rpms.
