    k member springs

Tell us what type of driving are you going to do? If you are ordering from MM, they are very insightful and are a great help at setting up your suspension depending on your application. Kevin

    2 valve engine in a 89 notch?

If you are talking 4.6 2 valve, you should just use a 96+ kmember and bolt it in, there is a little modifying to the bolt locations but I heard it isn't bad. You may need the hydroboost setup too... I know you do for the 4valve for sure. It is a lot of work... Bolting it up is the easy part. Kevin

What would you guys do? (Considering buying another Stang, long read)

Don't get me wrong, I love the Mach 1s. For the results you are looking and the cash you would be spending between the fox and a mach 1, you should just get a cobra... The cobra will fill the nitch pretty much out of the box and upgrades are super easy. The 5.0 will alwasy be a 5.0 and you can...

    Electric fan rating

The Taurus fan is a puller. I believe it is around the 3800cfm. It should be plenty to cool a modded 5.0. I would urge you to stay away from the black magic(or tragic as they are know) I cannot speak for the extreme but the regular one barely sufficient to cool a stock 5.0... without AC. Kevin

    E303?

Typhoon is an edelbrock knock off which is a very good intake. GT40p heads are just fine if you get them for a good price. They came on the 5.0 explorers so they are plentiful. Bang for the buck they are going to be hard to beat. When I do an upgrade I personally like to lighten the front end...

    Beginning mods...

Cobra/explorer/gt40 intake. Get the lower ported by tmoss. TFS or AFR heads TFS or E303 cam Exhaust is the least bang for the buck thing out there IMO. You can spend 1k on a full exhaust which will net you a 1% power increase... Heads will run you around a grand and net you more than 10% Kevin

    E303?

Same things as you would change for an e303. You will likely loose power with anything over stock with your stock intake and heads. Just an fyi.. Kevin

    E303?

It is a lot of trouble for a lopey idle. Look into the TFS stage 1 if you are looking for a little bit more lope. The e303 is pretty tame in comparison. Kevin

    88gt with full exhaust

Way too many variables considering the age of the motor and such. I would say that a full exhaust if shorties would be worth 0.5-1% hp increase over what you had previously. Kevin

    recommendation on shocks and struts

If money is no object, Koni or Bilstein are the way to go. AGX are a bang for the buck option but I personally would step up to at least a Tokico(Just a step under koni and bistein IMO). I am 99% sure that Tokico makes the Bullitt/Mach1 shocks. Problem with the SN95 shocks on a fox is that the...

    rear end swap

master cylinder, brake booster, porportioning valve and 3-2 conversion for the distrobution block. Idealy at the same time you would get some 94-95 spindles and some 99+ dual piston calipers. To do it right is not as simple as a rear end swap. Brakes aren't something you really wanna skimp out...

    rear end swap

Get a rear axle from a 94-98 GT. It will bolt right up and it has the rear disks. You will also need the supporting hardware for the disk brakes so it is a more of an upgrade than just the rear end. The 94-98 rear also typically has 3.27 gears. the 99+ rear is going to be close to 3 inches wider...

    TKO 600 Repair

Hello, Anybody know of a place that will repair a TKO 600. Buying a new one for 2200 is a bit much. My housing/case is cracked as far as I can see so I know I need at least that... Kevin

    Opinions on a Foxinator

Does anybody know of a place that will fix my TKO? I guess I should do that for cost sake... True about the 351 setup... I don't think I will pass the visual here in CA... which also means I have to find a 351 block from a car and not a truck that is newer than 90 in order to take it to the...

Best tire size for 18x8 wheels?

245 fronts and 255 out back max. General rule is to stay within 2 inches tire with to the wheel. 245 fits the bill. Kevin
