    The 03 shafts are a direct bolt in to the 01 IRS, but not the 99. The 03 are 31 spline, and the 01 are 31 spline.     Ford parts network has the 03 shafts for less than 300 each...they're pretty good. These are a direct bolt in to the 01 cobra differential, but not the 99 since the side gears are different.

    about 3 qts of 80W90 or 75W140 will do the trick. Don't forget the friction modifier. :)

    This has been the most significant mod I've done to the way my car handles and rides.... Besides the Steeda Sports and Bilsteins... No wait - I think the IRS bushings STILL made more of a difference.
