    89.5" or 90.0" belt for smog bypass?

    temporarily im re-routing the belt to not use the smog pump because mine is squealing. I tried a 89.5" belt and it seems physically impossible to put it on there. Would a 90.0" be sufficient or would i need like a 91.0" or something.

    K i found out that if i run that 89.5 belt too long with no smog pulley i will get squealing. I really don't feel like buying a smog pump so when i get my car smoged im gonna but the old belt back on and get it smogged. Then put a smog eliminator on. And not worry about it.

    Yeah i had a leak in mine and i bought mine from pep boys. I had to cut it quite a bit though, because it was way to long and the bend was in the wrong area, but i made it work.
