    In Indiana: Operable windows: 35% max Fixed/inoperable: no limit. Windshield: No go (well, you can do 4-5" down fromt he top and/or 5-6" up fromthe bottom, which looks stupid). All my cars in the past had 35% on the doors, and 20% on the rest, with 35% on the windshiled plus an 8% band...
