    Crossed fuel lines?

    Either way you would build pressure in the fuel system. Your feed lines would be 1/4" and the return lines would be 5/16". It wouldn't be optimal, but if anything, the engine would be starving for fuel, rather than just wasting it

    You can definitely get parts a lot cheaper than that. I had a body shop estimate a couple of years ago after a wreck for $1800. I bought the parts myself for $600, and then splurged on the rest.......BTW, Cervini's hood and front bumper is about $200 cheaper than stock

    I went and bought a code reader for $100........but I would do like the others and just change the one that is bad due to the price issues. It's completely up to you, if you want to just change them all at once

    Well, mine is a 98 and I have the PATS system. I thought the ford security system was installed in the left rear 1/4 under the panels. The B&M thing only modifies some shift points, it's not a shift kit by no means, but I have heard good things about it

    So, has anyone actually seen what he considers "Terrible Fuel Economy"???????????? Won't tell us..........so we can't tell you what to do to improve. Step #1, keep your foot out of it. But the mileage is just like horsepower. You have to create a baseline to see what you can improve upon.

    Aside from the Stangs, I have a 2000 Craftsman 52" 25hp lawntractor with automatic tranny and positraction. It will run a good 2:58 in the 1/4 mile. Does it count?

    No cobra engine. Stock 3.8 with some goodies. I try not to run her hard now......rolled over 100,000 miles a couple of months ago. Got the procharger 11 psi kit, dynotune from Lasota Racing, 42# injectors, dual exhaust.........some other stuff, but can't really remember right now

    I guess I could just push some boost through the GT and things might change a little, but I'm in the process of changing all of the fuel/brake lines, so power adders are out of the question until that's done
