    Digital Tuning Upgraded Computer

Someone has told you some fibs. LOL Find a tuner that tunes an SCT "blank" chip while your car is sitting on his dyno. Yes it's plugged into the stock computer, and NO the computer will NOT ever revert back to its original programming. Been having my cars dynotuned on SCT chips for years...

    V3 Almost!

Uh oh! After paying a G to a tuner you should have been able to push it for all its worth. I hope it didn't blow a head gasket. Bummer. Well if it did it should be on him as he did Not do his job. Sorry to read this man. Hang in there.

Yeah mine's tuned on an SCT chip. Can't believe it took him 6 hours to dial yours in. Wow Guess I'm spoiled. smkshw, Where do you live?

It usually takes Jeff about an hour to tune my car.

Uhhm Yeah! Like TOOLOW91 said he should have done that yesterday. Also the fact that he told YOU to set the limiter to 5500 scares me too. If there was a limiter to be set that was his job as the tuner. A GOOD tuner tunes it to its max limitations AND makes it bulletproof safe so you can beat...

Sorry to hear your having issues. If its detonating you need to take it back to the tuner. He didn't do his job. If he can't handle it get your money back and find another tuner . How could he tune it and not hear it detonating and again not see it on the a/f gragh? And Toolow91 nailed it. A...

    Convertible Top Motor

In my 28 years experience of owning two fox verts, when the motor stops working and the relays are clicking its time to replace the motor. Been there a few times and its always been the motor. I've never replaced a top relay.

Those are great N/A numbers! Especially that torque. Geez! Lets see here. 356rwhp N/A. Now lets add 8 pounds of boost @15rwhp per pound. =120rwhp That's 476-ish rwhp easy and the torque will be waaay up there too. Depending on the tuning, I see that and probably over 500. The 10.1 compression...

Dude, that combo with the stroker will more than likely be well above 500 to the tires. What did it make naturally aspirated?

Once my tuner was happy with his tuning, he bounced it off the rev limiter on the final pull to make the big bragging number. LOL It showed 13 psi at around 6200rpm. I never push it that hard but have seen 12psi a few times on my pillar mounted guage. Its alot of fun and your gonna really...

    V3 Almost!

Mine made a best of 519rwhp. The torque graph was jumpy/spikey on the various pulls. One pull it made 523 torque. Another pull it made like 485 torque. The lowest torque it made was 450. My tuner said I probably needed to replace my plug wires. He felt that was causing the spiking on the graph...

Yeah that's washer fluid for extreme colder temps more commonly sold in colder winter northern states. It has a higher methanol content than average washer fluid to keep it from freezing. Unfortunately it's hard to find in GA. So, I buy Boost Juice from my local Summit. It's 49/51% meth/water...

Tune mildly? What fun is that?. "LOL just kiddin" 450 is a ball of fun and you're gonna love it! I decided to go with the meth/water injection because I got a great deal on a used kit from a buddy. Glad I did too because the tuner can tune more aggressively with more timing. The nozzle is...

Oh No Not Another Lame Thread About.......

Yep, I see 12 psi regularly, its tuned by the best so no worries. I had an 8" crank pulley standing by and had plans to pump it up to 15 psi. But,, when it dynoed at nearly 520 I figured I'd better stop right there. That's already more powa than recommended on the old stock block.;)

Yeah the new 42's are loading it up causing it to be hard to start. I'd back off the FP to around 30-35. That should help. Your dyno tune will add calm to all this chaos. Back when I had my SSC I saw 28psi of fp at idle with the 42's. Good Luck!
