    the crank makes 2 revolutions to the dizzy's 1 revolution. you are more than likely to be 180 degrees off on the dizzy. you can either pull out the dizzy and give it a half turn, or move your wires half way around.

    i'll attest for the high speed crash, i have alot of experience with crashing tauruses- my car of choice for fwd demolition derbies. ill tell you a hit at 30mph will not do that much damage to a taurus front end it takes at least 5 arena shots to to squish the front tire.

    if thats a duraspark dizzy just treat i like a normal msd dizzy for wiring. purple being the same but fords is orange instead of green. look under the rotor the 2 wires should be going to the pickup and the third black wire will be grounded inside the dizzy. no duraspark module needed
