    Got it fixed!! Turned out to a ground/ connection problem. Re-did all the grounds and added an extra one. Dash harness was hacked up in a couple of places by the PO so I re-did all the splices with solder. Took it for a long ride and it seems to have fixed it. Thanks for all the help...

    Just need to verify, one more wiring question

    Since you are going 93 > 93, it should plug right in. The fuel pump relay on the 93 is under the MAF so it should already be on your new 5.0 engine harness. Sounds like it will be a sweet ride!!

    Rear 8.8 axle bushings...which ones

    Stock SN-95 Ford bushings. They are rubber and a little stiffer than the Fox ones. Good for a DD like application. If you check Max Motorsports web site, they only reccomend the stock Ford upper rubber bushings

    Ah hah (light bulb goes off)!! I think that I know what the problem is. When I put the new motor in, I used an underdrive crank and w/p pulley. I think that the underdrive crank pulley is not spinning the alternator enough, hence the low voltage - voltage drop problem. I had no problem...

    Driveshaft removal help/ideas?

    Heat usually does the trick. I heated each bolt until it was cherry red. Then I used a 12pt box wrench combined with another box wrench to get extra leverage. Once it broke loose, it came out fairly easy. How much heat did you put on it??

    ALL depends on what you want out of the car. What are your goals? How much HP are you looking to make?? What is your definition of "streetable"?

    PTV clearance should always be checked. Even with the same combination of parts, every motor is different. Better to be safe than rebuilding. I would reccomend either borrowing or picking up a used degree wheel. They are not that hard to use and it makes a difference !!
