    haha I've never seen that stuff before. I think you should set the timing back to stock, 10* BTDC, and turn the fuel pressure down a bit. Your cats could be shot, if there's rattling then catalyst inside might be broken. good luck

    That's what I was told by the guy that did mine minus changing the fluid at 500 miles. I've had no problems, they are vibration free past the speed limit.

    Fuel pump is easy. Drop the tank, take old out, put new in. That's the short version but that's really all there is to it. I need a new pump too, gonna have to wait till spring though.

    I believe the reason this works is the 2 different sized mufflers create 2 different sound frequencies. The 2 different frequencies then cancel each other out, to an extent, resulting in less drone.

    I have 1 5/8 unequal lengths on stock heads and they are great for daily driving. They make take a little low end torque away but not very noticable, they make up for it on the high end anyway. Go with the 1 5/8's :nice:
