    The first time I did a swap it took me a whole weekend from start to finish. I took my time and went pretty slow cause I was really afraid of screwing something up. That was a couple of years ago, and the frist time I did something more involved than a cold air intake or an oil change.

    I have a Street Heat intake on my setup, (see sig) and I still managed to squeak off 497rwhp on the dyno. That was with a 3.33" pulley on the vortech making about 10 PSI. I would imagine something like the Track Heat or like Grady said the RPM/RPMII would perform even better for you. .

    Which manual transmission?

    It should be under 2000 rpms. I am not too sure what the actual number is, but on a T-5 5th gear has ratio of .68. On the Viper Spec T-56 5th gear has a ratio of .74, and 6th gear has a ratio of .50. I know on my car with the T-56 and 3.55 gears, at 60mph I am only turning 1500 rpms in 6th.

    It really does look like a crack in the picture. After I got home I checked it out, and it is just a spot where some clutch dust has collected where the Pressure plate is bolted on.     The pressure plate looked really good. There were no groves in it, or heat marks. The clutch is a Spec Stage 3+.

    You could try going back to the dyno on a day that is cooler... But seriously I know how you feel. I put down 497 rwhp last year. This year I put an electric water pump that I imagine should give me 10 rwhp or more. Now I just need to get back to the dyno to see where I am at now.
