    yea that c4 sounded nice, yea i didnt think it was worth to much either but just thought id clean it up, put all new seals, gasket, filter everything in it, and sell it or save it for a future project.How much power can stock c4 handle if kept cool.

    helicoil I was just curious though my dad had a car some years ago did that blew out a plug . Thing is whrn they install a new insert or coil wont they get metal shavings into the cylinder if so that wouldnt be good.

    choke Chokes usually have index marks and a ford manual will tell you where to set them but me when my engine is cold i have it closed and i set it as it gets warm so it gets pretty close and works well.

    f250 Cool, none of my 16.5's were split but i hated them so switched to 16's from 1972 up the 429 did have lower cr, mine has jsut 8:5:1 but its bene tweaked some.
