    Quick question about 2000+ PBR front calipers...

    i went from stock calipers, and nothing speacial pads/rotors to pbr brakes, hawk pads, slotted rotors, and SS lines and noticed a huge difference. was def. worth while to me. you do have to grind some of your spindle for them to clear though, incase you already didnt know. :nice:

    edit: i just read my original response, and i was not even close to answering the question since i was pretty drunk when i wrote it. to answer your question, i do not think that that would have any fire hazard risk or drain the battery at all.

    i have the hawk hps with some powerslot rotors, and although they stop really well, i find that i get a good amount of brake squeak. which i do not care for.

    i am trying to install my speedcal and the instructions say to slide a punch down the side of each contact to disengage the contact retainer and remove both contacts from the connector shell. i dont know what i am doing wrong but i cannot seem to remove these contacts from the shell. any tips?
