Engine 1967 289 T5 Swap NO Crank after putting everything back in.

Can you push the clutch in and does it move freely? can you spin the input shaft freely when the tranny is out? input shaft/throwout bearing support is possibly bottoming out against the clutch plate

Engine 1967 289 T5 Swap NO Crank after putting everything back in.

Is this a new t5 or used? Have you tried to rotate the engine with someone pushing in on the clutch? I'm just going to throw some other possibilities out there. 1. If its a used t5 its possibly locked up? (hence checking rotation with clutch pushed in). 2. Wrong bell housing causing tranny...

Looks great Jim. I always wanted to do one of these conversions. Maybe when I completely retire I'll give it a shot.

    65 Mustang hi-po z bar

You may have several issues here. Its kinda hard to see but it looks like the lower arm isn't even inline with your clutch fork in the third picture. There also appears to be too much gap from your eng block to the zbar tube where your felt washer is. I'm not sure that the big metal washer...

    65 Mustang hi-po z bar

I can't speak for the Hypo exhaust but I have Headman 1 5/8" headers and don't have a problem. Do you have the old Z-bar to compare it with? do you have a picture you can post with measurements?

    Temp Sensor 1971 Mustang 302

Its more than likely bad but it depends, is it the original or did you replace it? the "dummy light" style works by completing a circuit when the temp reaches a certain degree. It works as a grounding point so internally it is open until that temp is reached then when it is then it will ground...

    PCV and Intake Manifold

Running without your PCV hooked up wont hurt anything. Its just a vent. The biggest thing would be a little oil film getting on your engine. Now your engine may run a little rough if the port that the hose plugs too is left open. As far as your vapor lock - are your sure that its vapor lock? Its...

    VIN mistake??

Check your vin close. The third and fourth numbers should be 09. If it is 07 it is a coupe/hardtop. Maybe your 9 looks like a 7? What does you vin on the title say?

    VIN mistake??

What is your actual vin? We can double check it. Does all your vins match? Title vin, fender vins etc.? I will have to look at my title to see how my fastback is stated? It may say coupe and the 2+2 somewhere. I don't know if it actually says "fastback" It may have been converted to a fastback...

    66 mustang caster rub

I don't think that will help you. Those rods are meant for stability of the lower control arm for cornering, stopping etc and to adjust only to make up the difference from one side to the other which the originals were a fixed length and didn't do that. Your lower control arms are not meant to...

    66 mustang caster rub

Yes, your camber and caster both are adjusted with shims. You will have to remove some of the back shims to kick your cast back a little.

    Electrical 1969 Mach1 battery/electrical issues

Ditto. Old cables will also corrode within the sheathing and will not carry the load to the starter. Charge the battery directly on the bare posts (disconnected) then put a meter to the battery and take a reading. my guess is bad/old cables or bad clamp on type terminals that you buy at the auto...

    Mustang 67 engine project

The Victor Jr is a great intake but if you are using the Performer RPM heads why not use the Performer RPM intake? These are dyno matched to work together. I'm not saying your setup is a bad setup but if you want edelbrock then why not match them? You can also call the Edelbrock tech line and...
