    Don't do it! Lots of trouble with those clutches reported recently! Mine simply fell apart...one side of the disc scattered itself on the fwy...it was 2 months old!

    Head Work

    If you've marked the gear and the head, and if the engine has not been turned at the crank...you should be good to go. The chain position doesn't matter as long as the crank/cam gears are still in the right position.

    Hmmm, different problem maybe, but same clutch...I'd start saving. Slipping is not good...usually means clutch is gone (worn out).
