    1986 idler pulley the same as 1985??

    If your asking about fitment my I'm using my 1983 tensioner pulley on my fuel injected 88. Also the 88 tensioner fits on my 1983, they look a little different. The only real difference is the 88 has a bolt that runs through the center where you bolt it to the bracket and the 83 doesn't it...

    Need Help With Pistons

    Here are some pictures of the piston. I couldn't get the part number to show on the pics, but it does say 1721P and it looks exactly like the L2249 pistons from what I've seen.

    Well I tried to put pictures up, but evidently I don't quite know how. But I can tell you what the one on my 88 GT looks like it is basically straight around 6 inches long and bolts to the bottom of the smog pump and the hole on the other end goes to the bottom of bolt on the timing pointer...
