    I was under the impression that the 91 or 92 and later head bolts were of the torque to yield variety and should not be reused. The cam is very easy to time, just line up the marks on the sprockets.

    Go with the 30's and matching MAFM. You may also want to get a larger throttle body and egr spacer to take advantage of the entire combo.The TFS stage 2 cam probably wouldnt be a bad idea either. Also, if you dont have an adjustable FPR, get one, along with a fp gauge.

    You should be able to stab it with the rotor pointing at the exact same location. I would roll the engine to the number one postion before yanking the old one though. That way you should be pretty darn close to #1 tdc and have a good starting point.
