    yeah, i have heard about the compress the spine thing, but it also can compress the spine if not mounted high enough even with a roll bar....so mounting them on the roll bar behind the seat is questionable, but would probably be enough to get you through the inspection process.

    i have the 2.95 first gear. I will be getting into the 13's as soon as i can get my finger on a pair of drag radials or slicks. Im in a money crunch right now so its kinda hard. I just wish i could borrow some ones for one night at the track lol :rolleyes:

    the solution might also be that there are "hot spots" on the flywheel or slight cracks, to solve this problem the best solution is to have the flywheel re-surfaced. I had the same problem and have never had a problem sense.

    K, so i have come to the conclusion i want to get a good drag radial that i can use on the street, but also take to the track and bust out a 1.7 60'. What is the best brand for a drag radial? Nitto? BFG? Hoosier? and what size will fit my 14 by 6 rim? thanks guys :SNSign:

    thanks, that really means a lot...and yes they were at OSW..there were full drag cars that were really struggling and traction was hard to come by..but my times were def. beating almost all Gt mustangs with mods and most ricers...its hard to beleive that a 14.3 can hold up against most cars on...
