    a friend of mine just bought a 93 stang with a 2.3 and it has some tranny issues.he said it will go into all the forward gears but will not go into reverse.when in the foward gears it doesnt pull very hard though. he also said that it has a leak.any ideas on what could be wrong with it other...

    TO bearing question

    so far i have put in three throw out bearings and two transmissions and i cant get the bearing to quit squeaking.i have an adjustable cable but if i adjust it enough to get the bearing to be quiet, the clutch slips real bad..any ideas on what i can do to solve the problem? i am putting in...

    my power cable is just long enough to reach the soilinoid, i also ran a ground from the block to the computer ground.the only wire that i dont have is from the ground on the battery to the front, i have it grounded to the quad shock mount..

    i just had a thought, would heat mess with the resistance on the power cable coming fromthe back? in one spot it is kinda close to the exaust,could that be an issue or not

    acually when it warms up it acts like the battery is dead. it will turn over real slow but just dont have enough kick to start.i will replace the soilinoid just incase though, it prolly needs a new one anyways

    i did a battery relocation on my car and it did fine for awhile..the problem i have now is after the car runs for awhile, if i shut it off it wont start again..it starts fine first thing in the morning or if i let it sit for an hour or so..i have since done a 3g alt. upgrage,new battery and new...

    the quadrant really isnt as hard as it looks to change..it only took me about 20 mins or so when i did mine..good luck

    i do alot of bracket racing so i was thinkin about putting an automatic in my car and taking the five speed out..what i need to know is what all is involved with putting a c4 or c6 in a foxbody? will i have to do anything special with the mount or crossmember or cable..the car had an aod in it...

    i have had some issues with the cable stretching too, i bought a steeda cable and put on mine and it does fine so far...before this cable i had one cheapo adj. and two or three stockers that snapped..i am also running an aftermarket quadrant and no fire wall adjuster

    it is deffenitly a short somewhere,horn or cig lighter...and yes any 20 amp fuse will work
