    I just did mine....you need a 5 spd wire harness,it's the small harness that connects under the drivers seat and goes to tranny, you need a speedo gear/5spd gear is different than aod gear, some of the bellhousing bolts may be too long, pilot bearing, alot of beer to change the friggin pedals...

    a probe one may give you a problem but I know my dss motor with a dss girdle and windage tray fits with my stock 88 pan.. i now have the dss 7 quart pan , but the stock fits..

    the dss girdle doesn't interfere with the stock pan, the pickup needs a spacer you can get through dss.it lengthens the pickup tube a bit to clear around the girdle. just call them and talk to tom,,

    thnak you very much bro, but I found the problem is the bell housing,,, it's hole where the tranny bearing ratainer goes into is too small, just a defect.... it's cool though, I'm getting another one........ Nobody has ever seen a defective McLeod,, and of course I'm the one to get it... LOL...
