    5 quarts is the exact center of my dipstick, every single time. In 01 ford changed the dipstick length (after doing some research) to allow 6 quarts. Not sure why, just know it was done.

    That was already posted and that run is using 109 race gas. Now pump gas would be something crazy.

    My owners manual says 5 quarts in 2 different places if I remember correctly(too lazy to go get it). 5 also is right at the top of the full line on my car's dipstick too. Why do you say 6?

    A video would be more helpful then trying to describe the problem. That is unless you don't have a camera, but most phones take video now days. Do you have a stock clutch adjuster or aftermarket? How many miles on the car/clutch cable(if it has been replaced)?

    Why in the world would you put a NPI engine and trans in a PI car? What was wrong with the 98? Sounds kind of a waste of money and time to me when you could just buy a PI engine/trans that bolts right in.

    Did you have to change any of the fuel lines when switching? I heard E85 eats rubber like no other and causes problems in none rated fuel tanks.
