    Just make sure you go with a well known vendor for the injectors. Stay away from Amazon and eBay. Believe it or not there are lots counterfeit injectors out there.

    I wouldn't bother with a Cobra cam. Just keep the stock 5.0HO cam and use 1.7rr. I run the Comp XE264HR-14. It's a really small cam, but gives stock like drivability.

    To me all those codes point to a wiring issue. Either something with the 10 pin salt and pepper connectors or a burned pin 46 trace on the EEC.

    Ok you said when you close the cap on the OVERFLOW the lower hose collapsed. The factory overflow just has a basic plastic cap and a turn down vent that is always open. If you have some kind of aftermarket overflow that is sealed air tight that’s one of your issues.

    How to reduce interior rattle.

    Subframe connectors will help drastically also. I also recommend a K member brace and strut tower brace. Basically anything you can do to keep the car from twisting around like a wet noodle will help.

    If the main passage is that clogged I bet the small ones that go to each of the exhaust ports would be clogged too. They would be almost impossible to clean out without soaking the head in a cleaning solution.
