    Muffler replacement

    if you're only replacing the muffler don't get Flowmaster, it'll be too loud for the way it looks. I've seen a couple of really loud mustangs with the stock tailpipe and it just looked plain dumb. IF you just want to replace the muffler get mac muffler, it'lll make it sound a little bit louder...

    What should I do first?

    everybody has their own opinions on what sounds good and what sounds bad. If you don't like the sound of flows thats fine, I think they sound good. Macs sound good too, but they aren't as loud and throaty, and you can't really hear your exhaust from inside your car if you have macs.

    well macs are nice and all but if you're looking for loudness you've got to get flowmasters. Macs have a nice deep tone but don't come close to being throaty and you definitly can't hear them from inside. But like I said, if you want to hear your exhaust you've got to get flowmaster 40 series

    yeah those would be the best idea. Make sure though that if you're gonna get Flomaster 40s you should make it dual. I've seen a really loud mustang with the stock tip, it looked really funny lol.

    no...the h-pipe is what'll make it sound better. I have this setup, mac catback, offroad h-pipe, no I only took out 2 cats, not all four, and at low rpms it sounds REALLY good, of course not as throaty as a V8 but pretty damn good. Now once you pass 3500 rpms it just sounds like total crap...

    wanna get technical? You do have to pay for some water, I mean if you get water out of your fridge, you had to pay for the fridge, and the filters when u have to change them and whatever. See, air, you never had to pay for air. Again, if u want water from the store, u have to pay for it...

    Used GT exhaust

    you'd have to take them to a muffler shop and they'll install it for a fairly cheap price. And I"m not sure performance wise but it'll make it sound a little better
