    If the rust isn't real bad then I'd say just slap them on and drive around for a couple of minutes and it will be gone. I don't know if rust has an adverse effect on pads though. My rotors rust after washing the car, so I'd assume its alright. Or you can do like was already said and have them...

    www.sparkplugs.com I believe that KB now recommends the NGK's now instead of the Denso's. I run the Denso's and have never had a problem with them.

    The axle bearings don't HAVE to be changed, but I just changed mine while I was in there for peace of mind.

    Just be sure that you have an assortment of extensions and swivels. And PB blaster may come in handy. I bought an oxygen sensor socket after rounding of one of me 02's. You probably won't need it though. Only one of mine was frozen. :nice:

    You would probably spend chunk of money changing your fuel system if you did the headswap because of going returnless. If you want to do headwork, I would say you might be better off porting the npi heads. I'm not sure about your numbers though.

    I used 80w90 when I did my rear end build up because thats what Eaton and MPH recommended for me to use. That may only apply though if you are changing to a different carrier.

    guys is it difficult to change oil on the kb?

    Changing the blower oil is easy. Like someone already said, just get a simple suction pump to get it out and then fill it back up. You should be done with it in ten minutes.

    sorry, i should know this.

    Actually, I think the 99 and 00's have a little bit lower compression due to the different heads. Not sure how much the difference is on it though...just try searching or maybe someone will let you know.
