    cant get rear brake piston to back in!! help

    I just opened the cap to the mc and then used a disc brake piston tool from napa. Attach the tool to a 3/8 socket wrench and apply pressure while turning the piston. Mine took like 40-50 revolutions before it finally gave me enough space to put the caliper back on.

    Any of those will be fine. I run Strange 31 spline with no problems. There are no bearings on the axles. The only thing pressed on are the ABS exciter rings.

    What spark plugs are you using with IC 9psi Kenne Bell?

    I run the Denso's with no problems. I think I will go with NGK next time though for the price difference and the fact that I haven't heard of anyone having problems with them.

    You must use 100 octane to run "shoot-out" mode. 91-94 is fine for the regular power mode.

    get a set of bolt removers like this... http://www.irwin.co.uk/CUTTING/bgexpansion.htm I pic would help so we could see exactly what was going on, but you would at least be able to get the rounded of bolt with this kit.

    You don't need anything other than what you listed on your post. -Caliper w/ pads -Rotors -Don't NEED the ss lines, but I would do it -Brake fluid You might wanna invest in a small flare nut wrench set so you don't round of the bleeder screws (if you don't already have them).

    Actually to get the s/c rebuilt is only like $600 not including shipping. That being said I would still stick with the KB tune but have the a/f checked.

    If you plan on big power I would just go ahead and do the forged engine or you'll be kicking yourself later. If not then the Mach 1 engine should do great. :nice:

    The intercooler is mounted underneath the s/c after compression and the heat exchanger sits behind the bumper below/in front of the radiator. Its an air to water i/c. And you will not have problems running the kit at 9#. I don't know how that guy came up with that.
