everyone who has a KB blower

can't use the ud pullies. The KB chip should be good to use. Don't know what kind of CAI you have, but KB recommends against getting one that sucks in the air from the engine bay. If you are going to run 10#, then you need to have at least 93 octane fuel available. Other than typical stuff like...

    clunking noise

I have a little bit of the clunk. I've had it ever since I bought the car and it stayed there after I installed my Eaton diff. To me it seems like it has something to do with the backlash in the gears. I tried to fix it by making the backlash a bit tighter but I ended up having to set it at .014...

who sells the best BUILT short block for a decent price?

After everything is done including all the extra goodies, I would say MPH or VT. And with them you get great customer service and you know your are getting a quality motor.

    MAF screen?

Well if you are going to have to buy a new MAF, then you might as well upgrade to a 90mm that has a screen on it. I kept the screen with my KB because that was what was recommended because of the whole smoother airflow issue.

Can you guys please help me on this One

I believe with most body kits or parts, you need to pre-install everything to make sure everything fits right and then make any adjustments and then paint. I don't know that for sure, but I would have a good shop do it if I were you.

    Rear end differential Gasket

Use black permatex instead. A lot of people have problems with leaking if they use a paper gasket. I just used permatex with no leaks at all.
