    I would guess driveshaft too, maybe out of balance or the u-joints. loose transmission mount might also be the problem or even transmission alignment.

    Best way to do it is take them the old one. If I remember right the older of the 2 had a triangular shape piece that took one bolt and the newer one was held down by 2 bolts on the frame part.

    Safety first: Brakes, u-joints- grease or replace all bearings, suspension, tires, radiator exhaust then when its running good start on the rust.

    I would have it rebuild anyway, its coming out and you never know whats going to fail on it next. If nothing else replace the screen ,front and rear seal. Doubt that you hurt it much.

    I done this by myself with no help. Here's how, Take a 2 by 4 and cut it to fit between the seat frame and the brake pedal. Pump the brakes 4-5 times and slip the 2x4 in. Then open up the bleeder till it leaks no air, close the bleeder and (repeat the pumping if needed) then go on to the next...

    I seen the intake coolers they use for racing ( a vinyl filled water bag that got frozen) Some people swear by them. I kinda doubt they do much but then who knows.

    Go ahead and try it keep the air filter breather on it when you first start it in case of fire, pull the coil wire and check for leaks first by turning engine over ( wont start without coil wire)

    I gather you are talking about the heater hose, just run it back into the other fitting on the water pump or get a thermostat cover with a outlet and tie it off there.

    Intake Installation

    Are you using 351 cleveland heads on a 302? If you are you are going to need a cleveor intake similiar to the boss 302 but cheaper, otherwise you are going to have mismatched water jackets and the engine dumping the water into the block. You can find the cleveor intake on ebay just do a search...
