    Got a ticket about 3 years ago from a state trooper before I ever had the stang, was going 81 in a 70 in my little 94 hyundai, had a hundred dollar fine and took defensive driving to keep it off my record. Wasnt really that big of a deal at all.

    My fuel gauge is whack

    The gas tank I have on my 87 is from a 93 model because my old one was rusted out. It was perfect inside no rust at all, just had a small dent in it so that when looking at it from the back it sits a little higher on the right side. I wonder if this could be causing the fuel gauge problem.

    Whenever I put in a full tank of gas my fuel gauge only shows as having a quarter of a tank, and as I drive the car it slowly goes down to Empty over the course of a week as the gas is used. What do I need to do to fix this?

    Why is it that the GT speedos only go up to 7k rpms? Most cars especially riced out ones almost always go up to 8k.

    At least when you had your stang it was in good condition, I constantly have to deal with mine falling apart. Thats what happens when you buy one that has been sitting for about 6 years.

    I went to the tire shop and they informed me that they have 225/55's , anyone got some pics of them? They told me that 235/50's would be like $200 a tire. Gah this whole thing is getting on my nerves, why the hell did the tires have to rub in the first place. :bang:

    I have 245/50's on my two rear pony rims, they rub a bit on the front and was thinking of getting 225's but want to know how they look on stangs. Anyone have any pictures of 225's on pony rims? My car is an 87 LX btw.

    I have an 87 LX, I thought that something probably wasnt right if they fit on a 92 GT with no problems.

    I only have 2 of my pony rims on myself, both in the back. I had the other two on up front but they rubbed and the tires were worn out and need to be replaced anyway. I was surprised that they rubbed though, the tires came off a stock 92 GT.
