    Anyone using SHM cams?

    Springs are required but recommended. Comp valve springs are used exclusively in our motors and have never seen a failure. Those cams aren't too mild for you car, especially if you haven't ported your heads. Did you just do a valve job, or are the heads ported?

    Nitrous if you only want torque when you need it (nitrous makes STUPID amounts of torque) or a stroker if you want it all the time! Both if you're just sick..............

    :rlaugh: Just tell her we sent you a new piston, and because you're such a nice guy, we tossed in 7 more pistons, 8 rods, a new crank, and we felt like shipping it in an iron block for protection! Give her my number, I got yer back! LOL! :nice:

    Thanks for the kind words Ronnie, but Jeff at T&J built this engine. They just used our stroker kit. This just proves that our stuff is SOOOOOOO simple to put together, even a gorilla like Jeff can do it! LOL! hahahahahahaha

    If you run flat tops, you'll have an ~11.2:1, which will work great with the spray (it should also give you a good flame travel with the flat tops, which will help make power). Don't go any higher than this if you don't want to dump in some good gas. Too much variances between different pumps...

    Some will say Yes to this and others will say No. I personally would say no. If the kit is designed properly and assembled properly, you shouldn't have any issues what so ever. MHO.
