    Bye Bye hatchy... It's been fun. New owner came and picked her up today, along with the GT parts car. I also traded my 97 GT last weekend, so I went from having 4 Mustangs to only one in a week!!! It feels great to have garage space.

    Do it and run away as fast as you can, laughing at him. Your fox is unique and really nice, but nothing beats old school muscle, imo. You're pretty much able to trade your 60s mustang clone for the real thing.

    I would say pull the old engine out, then put the new engine in the same way. :) But seriously, search and you will find your answer. Honestly not worth the swap IMO. Same power level, much more difficult to tinker with, plus parts are a zillion times more expensive.

    Just watched it on youtube. Loved it!!! I think it's the best car-related movie that's been put out in a very long time. I loved all of the cars in it! Especially the STI.     I think i'll try to get a driveshaft. First i'm going to put in the spare one I have laying around for the hatch car and see if that fixes it. I know one thing... I'm not paying $265 for a driveshaft... Is it just me, or are those things going up and up in price?

    Me too. I have had both a Pro-5.0 and a MGW, and I have to say they're both great pieces. The MGW is more of a "tight" feel in every gear, but it's a lot easier to miss the 2-3 shift with it than with the Pro-5.0. I never missed with the Pro-5.0, but miss a pretty good bit with the MGW I have...

    My understanding was that the dogbone was only worth a crap on stock geared cars, but idk if that's true of not... I have honestly never seen but one pinion snubber in my life lol, and that was on my 97 GT. I really don't think it's anything contacting anything since it only happens in 5th gear...

    Thanks! Well I think I got a new problem. Pretty sure the trans is on its way out. It's vibrating in 5th gear when I'm in the throttle, but as soon as I let off, it goes away :shrug:
