Need information help
The 28 spline axles are already in your car. You would only have to replace them if they are worn or a piece is broken from one of the spline. Also, since you have to remove the axles to make the gear change I would recommend that you replace your axle bearings. Everything is already out and...- awwyea

Who's going to Epping on Friday?
I am in total agreement that the track surface leaves alot to be desired, but as for crowds, there wasn't one last night. We saw folks making 6-7 runs in less than 2 hours. They only had us staged in 2 1/2 lines.- awwyea

My one and only run was crap. The track was as slick as snot. Didn't even hookem' until 3rd gear. Most everyone I saw run was screaming their tires too at least to the 60ft line and then some. Didn't help that I ran my street tires either. I bet that the big boys running tonight aren't...- awwyea

Who's going to Epping on Friday?
Track sucks IMHO. I couldn't get any traction until 3rd gear. I noticed just about everyone's tires screamed at least past the 60 ft. Now, granted I was driving my street tires and not my MT Drag Radials. Last year on my street tires I could launch at 2000 rpm and not spin off the line...- awwyea

Factory should be 28. While it is recommended that you upgrade to 31's when you change gear, it's not mandatory unless you are packing in some serious engine mods with it or plan on racing it on a regular basis at the track. bike week interference???? I've been told that because bike week starts on Saturday, that traffic is going to be outrageous going up to Epping tomorrow night. Is there any truth to this??? I know weekend traffic usually sucks going up on Friday night, but will it be any worse than usual????- awwyea
