    :jaw: your crazy to running those numbers with an 8". if you swap to the 9" you won't need a roll bar for a while. I lost mph and a couple tenths after doing the swap from the 8" to 9" .9" are f'n heavy!:notnice:

    I replaced my pertronix 2 times then went to a duraspark which never went out then upgraded to MSD. 1 vote for Duraspark:nice:

    I just had to replace a customers Unilite distributor because it wasn't keeping accurate time. In your case I would go with a pertonix ignitor and coil although I would never get a pertronix distributor. The pertonix distributor cam gear pin is thin and cheap and I have seen one come apart...
