no need to estimate RPM calculator Ignore the GM stuff at the top. You need to find out what each of your gear ratios are, Here . I don't know which Auto they use, I'm a manual guy
The tranmission is told when to shift based on engine conditions, besides that the computer doesn't allow the...
They're adjustable right? So you can change the drop at will. It's a preformance oriented kit, not cosmetic. I say get 'em if you can afford them. You need to reinforce the shock and strut towers though, they won't hold up to the extra forces for long.
The fastest car I've been in was my dad's ChevyII station wagon. It had a built 350, and I mean built. This thing was a ****ing race car that he drove to work and back (two hours each way). This thing would leave 40 ft of rubber in all four of it's manualy shifted gears with street tires. With...
I think the car is pretty ugly. But, it
s all real stuff. That's not a "look at me" wing, it's a downforce wing. The hood is just an added touch to a hypothetical RACECAR.
The "R" thing. Just because dip****s put GT badges on their 6 cylinders doesn't make the GT any less cool. Loser ricers...
I don't see why you couldn't make it work. Stinger's right (as normal), go with square or round metal though. Also consider reinforcing the shock towers, over time it might put alot of extra stress on the several welds holding the towers on.
EDIT: Are the shock towers in a hatch the same as...
Maybe a straight line, but not circles. The camaro would out handle the mustang with it's torque arm/pahnard bar rear suspenion. I'm not saying this just because I have a camaro, mine is after all completely diferent than the one we're talking about. As far as I'm concerned a cool car is a cool...
How were they saving money this way? The 305 was the smaller V8 used for fuel economy. They did have 4-cyl camaros to, they were just as slow and efficent as the 4-cyl stang.
305s are ****ty, so are ill maitained cars.
Oh, and mustangs outsold camaros because they're more civilized. Camaro interiors suck, they ride harsh (and handle good), they're hard to see out of, and they scrape steep driveways. IMIO
this is way off topic, but this thread title doesn't have an underline for me, is this just me or does anyone else occasionaly see a thread title with no underline?
